Frank Trombley honored for board serviceTogether We Cope honored its board president, Frank Trombley, during the agency's 2010 dinner dance for his constant support of every effort for the past 16 years. He has provided innovative leadership and unwavering loyalty to our mission, TWC officials said. "Frank is a hands-on board president and has been so from the start of his service to the agency. With a long career in information technology services, Frank brought this experience to his work at Together We Cope. He has labored countless hours to improve and update our agency's computer and telephone systems, as well as our Web site. From his experience as a certified fraud examiner, he brought a new level of professionalism to the financial end of the operation. With his connections in the business community, he helped us develop new relationships that have furthered our work with families in need," officials said. Among his goals for Together We Cope's future are expanding the agency's service area, and reaching all of the people in the region who need a helping hand. "We are very fortunate to have someone of Frank's caliber heading up our board of directors," said Executive Director Kathryn Straniero. "We call on him daily for advice or assistance, and he is always there for us. There has been no job too small for Frank's attention in the past 16 years, no challenge he hasn't met with vigor and creativity." Frank's humility also is noteworthy. He views accepting this honor tonight as another way to put the focus on Together We Cope and the people it helps. |
