Close to 300 people attended the TWC ‘Pasta Extravaganza/Nite at the Races’ at the Orland Chateau on Monday, September 14th. The event raised over $12,000. Those in attendance had a great time sampling the food donated by many of our local restaurants. They also had an opportunity to place bets on their favorite horses in the six pre-recorded races that were shown during the evening. We would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to all who purchased tickets for this event and the local businesses who sponsored horses for the races. We would especially like to thank Bill Brady from Barrel of Laughs for being our emcee and Orland Chateau for hosting our Pasta Extravaganza. Thank you also to all the local restaurants who donated food and gift certificates. Lastly, we want to thank all of our wonderful and hardworking volunteers who donated their time to make this evening a success.
